Transparency Notice on the Use of Synthetic Image Representations

As part of our communications, we occasionally use synthetically generated images. We deliberately refrain from depicting real people in the context of debt collection and debtor-related processes. No one should be represented with their real face in a situation involving financial hardship.

Where image representations are generated technically in real time, this is done exclusively on a random basis and without any reference to specific individuals or user data. No individual profiling, no personalization based on personal data, and no allocation to individual cases takes place.

Financial hardship is not a moral failure. It can affect people across all segments of society, regardless of age, gender, background, or professional position. Our visual language is therefore intentionally diverse and reflects different life realities.

The images serve solely for factual illustration. They are intended to protect and de-stigmatize, not to emotionalize, dramatize, or portray specific groups in a stereotypical manner.
