At the sister company KNP Financial Services in Vienna, Johannes Eibl will start as Managing Director in the middle of the month.
After ten years as Director of Marketing and Sales at Austria's largest creditor protection association, Johannes Eibl worked as Managing Director of KSV1870 Forderungsmanagement GmbH and was most recently responsible for customer relations in Austria and Switzerland as Director of Sales at Lowell Inkasso Service GmbH.
Johannes Eibl is particularly looking forward to the challenges at KNP as part of the new coeo Group: "coeo Inkasso has achieved a great market position in recent years. I am thrilled by how intensively the company deals with contemporary technologies such as data science and artificial intelligence and how it successfully applies these topics in the collection process. With the merger of coeo Inkasso and KNP Financial Services last year, the first major tasks for the new managing director are clearly defined. The aim is to merge and further expand the two successful paths of coeo Inkasso and KNP. "Personally, for me, debt collection is fast, unbureaucratic action in the creditor's interest; a normal stage in customer management that is approached professionally and unagitated. A customer-preserving approach is essential and self-evident", adds Johannes Eibl. An attitude that suits KNP and the entire group.
Therefore, coeo Inkasso is already looking forward to the cooperation and the intended role as a challenger in the Austrian debt collection market.
