New customer relies on coeo for receivables management

coeo Inkasso recently acquired one of the largest media groups in Germany as a client. In the context of a tender of the group, coeo Inkasso prevailed against a strong field of participants. Despite the current pandemic the cooperation started on schedule at the beginning of the fourth quarter. "We are very pleased that we were able to successfully prevail in the tender despite minor corona-related hurdles and that we are able to support our customer on its way - also in the downstream customer support in debt collection," says Dr. Lutz Reingen, coeo Inkasso. 

Both partners want to work together to achieve the tender objectives: Standardisation of processes, high collection rates and low process costs through maximum automation - all this without jeopardising customer loyalty.
