Unfortunately, the current pandemic situation still has us firmly in its grip. Due to a covid illness in the moderator team, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a smooth second Customer Focus Summit this week.
But we are not only digital first & customer focused, but also maximally flexible.
The second Customer Focus Summit will therefore be postponed by a few days to 06 April 2022.
