Berlin, 27 February 2025 – The coeo Group, the leading technology-based debt collection company in Europe, founded cAI Technology GmbH as its own AI company from its AI Lab in Berlin at the beginning of the year. Especially in view of the rapid global development of AI, companies are facing challenges in order to secure their own competitiveness in the long term and implement regulations such as the first AI law in Europe, the AI Act. cAI Technology GmbH presents the latest AI solutions that support companies in efficiently automating their business processes and making them more future-orientated. The technology company develops state-of-the-art AI software and technology-based solutions for industries with a high demand for data-driven and automated processes. To this end, cAI offers customised AI agents for all business processes and conversational AI solutions for companies with complex customer communication requirements. The new company seamlessly integrates the advanced technologies into existing infrastructures.

The further development of LLMs/LAMs and AI agents is the basis for autonomous business processes.
