After successfully establishing itself in numerous European countries, most recently also in Sweden, coeo is now launching in Switzerland. At the start, coeo Inkasso AG will serve customers in the areas of e-commerce and "buy now, pay later" as well as in the area of parking space management.

In the course of implementing the established online portal and the debt collection processes, coeo specifically addressed the needs of Swiss consumers and took their customs into account. "The collection process, which is tailored to the individual case, pays off - through a higher willingness to pay, the avoidance of legal proceedings and a continued and positively occupied customer relationship. This strategy is already bearing fruit in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, the UK, Sweden and Austria," explains Christian Giehler, Managing Director of coeo Austria and Switzerland.
The office of coeo | CH is located directly at Uster railway station in the canton of Zurich. Local Manager Claudio Barocco heads the branch. He has many years of experience in the debt collection industry as well as in management positions. The team is supported by staff from Austria, especially in the further development of digital processes.
